If you notice a campaign containing a photo, video, or text that reveals your personal information without consent, you can request its removal. This may include images, descriptions, or any identifiable content shared on mortfund.com.

2. How do I report a campaign that violates the privacy of someone who is sick or hospitalized?

If a campaign features photos, videos, recordings, or other identifiable materials that violate the privacy of a patient or hospitalized individual, please notify us immediately. Our team will review the campaign promptly and take action to protect the individual’s privacy.

3. How do I report a campaign photo or video that violates my child’s privacy?

MortFund places a high priority on children’s privacy. If a campaign contains photos, videos, or content featuring your child without proper consent, our team will review and remove any violating material in line with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

If a campaign publishes pr distributes images, videos, or personally identifiable information belonging to any individual without lawful consent, please notify us immediately. Upon receiving a report, we will investigate and take appropriate action to ensure compliance with privacy regulations and protect the individual's rights.

5. How do I report a campaign that violates my company or organization’s privacy?

MortFund prohibits the unauthorized use of any individual, business, or corporate content. If a campaign is using your image, logo, video, or text without consent, we will investigate and take appropriate action against the violating campaign.

6. Mortfund Charging Fee

MortFund automatically deducts 10% of the money raised, covering a 5% platform fee and 5% for additional, separate payment processing fees charged by the third-party processor (Paystack or card payments). These processing fees range from approximately 1.5% + NGN100 for payments made with local Nigerian cards. Payments made with foreign cards are charged a 3.9% + NGN100 fee per transaction. Online bank transfer or check deposit fees from MortFund to the fundraiser’s bank are also applicable. MortFund processes transfers within 24 hours.
