Mass Donation Terms & Conditions

 (Applicable to Donors and Beneficiaries on MortFund Platform)

1. Introduction

Mass Donation is a feature provided by Mortfund Management Services Ltd. that enables donors to contribute funds in bulk to multiple campaigns, categories, or targeted communities simultaneously.

By participating in Mass Donations—whether as a donor or beneficiary—you agree to abide by these Terms in addition to MortFund’s general Terms and Conditions.

2. Definition of Mass Donation

“Mass Donation” refers to a funding mechanism where:

Donors allocate funds to a pool, category, or distribution system

Funds are automatically or systematically distributed across multiple verified campaigns

Donations may be directed based on categories (e.g., health, education), geographic areas, or platform-curated needs.

3. Terms for Donors

3.1 Voluntary Participation

All Mass Donations are voluntary and are made at the sole discretion of the donor.

3.2 Irrevocability of Mass Donations (AML Compliance)

By opting into the Mass Donation feature, donors expressly acknowledge and agree that:

***Any funds deposited, allocated, or lodged for Mass Donation are final, non-withdrawable, and non-reversible.

***Such funds cannot be recalled, refunded, reassigned, or transferred back to the donor’s account once committed.

***All Mass Donation contributions must be used strictly and exclusively for donation purposes on the platform.

This policy is enforced in compliance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and financial integrity standards. Any attempt to misuse the Mass Donation system for fund cycling, temporary holding, or any non-donation financial activity is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, reporting to regulatory authorities, and legal action.

3.3 Allocation of Funds

***Donors may select preferred categories or allow MortFund to allocate funds based on priority needs.

***MortFund reserves the right to optimize allocation and redirect funds where urgent needs arise.

3.4 Transparency

***Donors will receive summary reports of fund distribution and access to supported campaigns.

***Individual control over each allocation may be limited.

3.5 No Ownership or Returns

Donations are not investments. Donors are not entitled to financial returns, equity, or ownership.

3.6 Donor Promotional Content & Alerts

MortFund provides donors with the optional ability to:

***Upload personal or organizational images, branding materials, and voice notes;

***Attach such materials to their Mass Donations as part of a Mass Donation Alert Slip;

***Use this feature for awareness, visibility, or promotional purposes, including business or campaign exposure.

By participating, donors grant MortFund the right to display such content alongside their donation alerts to beneficiaries, subject to platform moderation.

4. Terms for Beneficiaries (Campaign Owners)

4.1 Eligibility

Only verified and approved campaigns are eligible to receive Mass Donations.

4.2 Fund Distribution

***Funds may be received in pooled or partial allocations.

***No fixed amount or timeline of funding is guaranteed.

4.3 Use of Funds

***Funds must be used strictly for the stated campaign purpose.

***Beneficiaries must provide updates where required.

***Misuse of funds may result in suspension, recovery actions, or legal reporting.

4.4 Beneficiary Consent to Donation Alerts

By participating in the Mass Donation program, beneficiaries acknowledge and agree that:

***They may receive Mass Donation Alert Slips containing donor images, messages, voice notes, or promotional materials;

***Such alerts may include advertisements, branding, or business-related promotions from donors;

***These alerts form an integral part of the Mass Donation system.

Any beneficiary who does not consent to receiving such alerts or promotional content must not participate in or accept funds from the Mass Donation program. Participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this condition.

4.5 No Guaranteed Funding

Participation does not guarantee funding. Allocation depends on donor activity and campaign priority.
