We maintain information related to the withdrawal of funds from any of your campaigns.

Donation information:

AML Policy

Through our KYC policy, we have implemented rigorous checking procedures for campaigners and for donators; we monitor the donators and the donated amount to a project and take steps from avoiding money laundering through our service.

Donor Refund Policy

If a campaign you have donated on has been successfully funded, in this case, MORTFUND LTD will not provide any refunds but if the campaign you have donated is still in progress and you have issues with double payment charge(s) or issue with the donation, in this case, an internal audit and investigation will be executed and if need be for any refund either through our third-party payment processor, the charge(s) will be refunded.
