* Misrepresent facts or intentions

* Request sensitive personal data (e.g., BVN, NIN)

 

MortFund may review, approve, suspend, or remove campaigns at its discretion.

 

7. Donations and Payments

 

7.1 Payment Processing

 

* Payments are processed via third-party providers

* MortFund does not store full financial details

 

7.2 Fees

 

* Platform and processing fees may apply

* Fees are deducted before fund disbursement

 

7.3 Fund Disbursement

 

* Withdrawals are subject to verification and compliance checks
