**My name is Nurain Kilani, and I am appealing to kind-hearted individuals to support the urgent medical needs of Adeyemi Kazeem.**
Adeyemi Kazeem is a devoted father who worked tirelessly as a lotto agent to provide for his family before his health condition took a devastating turn.
Sometime last year, he was diagnosed with pneumonia, which led to severe complications and a significant decline in his health. Since then, he has been taken to several hospitals in search of proper treatment. After multiple tests and medical evaluations, it was discovered that he is now suffering from kidney failure.
Adeyemi is currently receiving treatment at Dialyzer Specialist Medical Centre, where he undergoes regular care to stay alive while we urgently seek a permanent solution.
Doctors have confirmed that a kidney transplant is his only chance of survival. The total amount required for the transplant—including the cost of the kidney donor, surgery, and post-transplant medical care—is ₦49,000,000.
This amount is far beyond what his family can afford, and time is not on our side.
We are therefore calling on compassionate individuals, organizations, and the general public to come to his aid. Your support, no matter how small, will go a long way in helping Adeyemi get the life-saving treatment he desperately needs.
