Volunteer & Campaign Influencer Program**

This Terms of Engagement (“Agreement”) governs participation in the *Volunteer & Campaign Influencer Program* (“Program”) operated by MortFund Management Services Ltd (“MortFund”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By participating in this Program, you (“Promoter”, “Volunteer”, or “Influencer”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Nature of Engagement

* This Program allows individuals to voluntarily promote fundraising campaigns hosted on MortFund.

* Promoters act as independent participants, not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of MortFund.

* Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

* Be at least 18 years old

* Have a valid MortFund account

* Provide accurate identification where required

* Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies

3. Campaign Selection & Approval

* Promoters may select campaigns to promote from the MortFund platform.

* All selected campaigns must receive administrative approval before promotion.

* MortFund reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove campaigns at its sole discretion.

4. Scope of Promotion

Promoters may:

* Share campaign links on social media and public platforms

* Advocate for campaigns, particularly in education and medical/health categories

Promoters must NOT:

* Misrepresent campaign facts

* Guarantee donations or outcomes

* Use deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices

5. Reward Structure (1% Incentive)

5.1 Eligibility for Reward

MortFund may grant Promoters a reward equivalent to 1% of funds raised for campaigns they promote, subject to the following conditions:

* The campaign must be successfully completed

* The fundraiser must successfully withdraw the funds

* The campaign must not be flagged for fraud or violation

5.2 Payment Conditions

* Rewards are not immediate and are only payable after campaign completion and verified withdrawal by the fundraiser

* Rewards may be subject to verification, processing timelines, and compliance checks

* MortFund reserves the right to withhold, delay, or deny rewards where:

   * Fraud or abuse is suspected

   * Terms have been violated

   * Campaigns are cancelled or disputed

5.3 No Guarantee of Earnings

* Participation in the Program does not guarantee any reward or income

* Rewards are conditional and discretionary based on compliance with this Agreement

6. Compliance and Conduct

Promoters agree to:

* Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

* Respect data privacy and confidentiality (including NDPA 2023)

* Avoid spam, harassment, or unauthorized messaging

* Refrain from collecting or misusing personal data

Violation may result in:

* Immediate removal from the Program

* Forfeiture of rewards

* Suspension or termination of account

7. Data Protection and Privacy

Promoters must:

* Not collect sensitive personal data (e.g., BVN, NIN or BANK DETAILS)

* Use only publicly available campaign information

* Comply with the *Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023*

8. Intellectual Property

* Promoters may use campaign content only for promotional purposes

* Content must not be altered in a misleading way

* All platform content remains the property of MortFund or its licensors

9. Limitation of Liability

MortFund shall not be liable for:

* Actions taken by Promoters

* Outcomes of promotional efforts

* Any financial expectations or losses

Promoters assume full responsibility for their activities.

10. Suspension and Termination

MortFund may suspend or terminate your participation:

* For violation of this Agreement

* For fraudulent or unethical conduct

* At its sole discretion

Upon termination:

* Access to the Program ends immediately

* Pending rewards may be forfeited

11. Modification of Terms

MortFund may update this Agreement at any time.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria**.
