How to Redeem Your Gift Card

Redeeming your gift card is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to complete the redemption process.

1. Sign In to Your Account

Log in to your account using your registered email address, phone number, or username.

2. Go to the Gift Card Redemption Page

From your dashboard, navigate to the Gift Card or Redeem Gift Card section.

3. Enter Your Gift Card Code

Enter the unique gift card or redemption code provided with your gift card. Make sure the code is entered correctly.

4. Confirm the Gift Card Details

Review the gift card information, including:

• Gift card value

• Available balance

• Currency

• Expiration date, if applicable

5. Redeem the Gift Card

Click the Redeem button to complete the redemption process. Once successfully redeemed, the gift card value will be available according to the applicable service.

6. Redeeming via USSD

If USSD redemption is available:

1. Dial the provided USSD code from your registered mobile number.

2. Select the gift card redemption option.

3. Enter your gift card or redemption code when prompted.

4. Confirm the transaction details.

5. Wait for the confirmation message.

7. Important Information

• Do not share your gift card code with anyone.

• Expired, invalid, or previously redeemed gift cards may not be accepted.
